Your mail, our box. If you need a mailbox, we’ve got a solution!

Did you know we provide physical mailboxes at our store? We have over 250 mailboxes receiving mail from all over! We even receive packages, big and small, for all our mailbox customers. Been eyeing something on Amazon? Go ahead, order and have it safely delivered to us. Have a family member sending you a gift via Fedex or UPS? Need to order wine for a party you’re throwing? We can receive and even sign for it, ready for pick up when it’s convenient for you! We also provide a forwarding service should you be out of town for months at a time. 

Opening a mailbox seems simple enough, however, there’s actually quite a bit that goes into it! But have no fear – if you have all the required documents ready to go, we’ll have you in and out in no time. The United States Postal Service is very particular when it comes to opening a mailbox, and we must abide by their regulations. Here’s a couple facts about setting up a mailbox with us: 

You must provide 2 current forms of ID, and one of them must have your photo along with your current home address. A driver’s license typically fulfills this requirement as the primary form of ID for most. The second form of ID can’t be just any credit card with your name on it… The most common secondary IDs are a passport, vehicle or voter’s registration, utility bill, etc. And remember, they can’t be expired! These also have to be updated upon expiration, so you may be getting a call from us asking for updated, current IDs.

Several forms must be signed! In addition to 2 copies of a form from the USPS, we have 2 other forms to be filled out and signed. The first is a simple application with your basic contact info that matches your primary ID. The second is an agreement between you as the customer, and Pakmail Beachside as the provider. 

With our skilled team members’ help, in just about 15 minutes, we’ll hand you the keys to your new mailbox and await your mail!
